What sweet/ cake choices will I have?

Our carts stocked with a variety of sweets which we deem as popular. We do however give you a selection to choose from (the selection size is package dependent) to create a bespoke package just for you. We can also create options to suit your colour scheme or event theme but this may incur extra charges.

We DON NOT reuse sweets so you rest assured that all of your sweets are supplied fresh. For insurance purposes we ask that you dont add your own sweets to our sweets.

How many sweets will I get?

We provide between 100-200g per person depending on your chosen package.

How many cakes or muffins will I get?

We provide a minimum of 1 cup cake or muffin per person but this depends on your chosen package. The basic package is 1 cup cake or muffin. Other quantities can be supplied in other packages.

There will be children at my event. What about these?

Upon payment of the deposit you agree that children will be supervised at all times especially when choosing and eating sweets. It is your responsibility to ensure the supervision of children and you agree that we will not be held responsible for any liability.

Do you set up and decorate the cart/s?

Yes we do. We will require access to the venue roughly 3 hours prior to your event. We are more than happy to liase with the venue on your behalf to make such arrangements. It is your responsibility to ensure that your choice of cart will fit in you venue. It is also your responsibility to ensure that we can our van outside the doors of the venue as the carts are heavy and need to be carried in piece by piece. Our largest van is a mercedes long wheel based sprinter so as long as there is space for this we know that any of our vehicles will have the required space. The cart/s will need to be away from a direct heat source and away from direct sunlight. We can also liase with the venue about them restocking the cart should this be necessary.

The cart/s are NOT to be moved once erected as this could cause damage.

Do I require permission from the venue?

This depends on your venue. It is your responsibility to obtain permission from the venue prior to making your boking.

How long will am I hiring the cart/s for?

For daytime bookings the usual hire period is 3 hours. This can be extended if necessary upon booking for a small fee.

For evening events the hire period is usually until the following morning. If your chosen venue wont allow the cart to be overnight we can collect the cart/s at a mutually agred time for a small fee.

Does the price include a server/attendant?

No. Our carts are unattended. If you require an attendant this can be arranged upon booking for a cost of £20p/h

Can I change my booking?

With 4+ weeks notice you can amend your booking with regards to guest numbers or cake/sweet choice.

If you need to change the venue or date of your event we will do our upmost to be accommodating at no extra charge providing we have more than 4 weeks notice. If we can not accommodate the new venue or date this will incur an extra fee as we may have to alter other bookings to accommodate yours.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

If you need to cancel your booking we ask that you do this as soon as you possibly can.

Cancellation with 4 weeks or more prior notice to the event will result in no additional costs being incurred but you will loose your deposit.

Cancellation with 2-4 weeks prior notice to the event will result in 50% of the remaining balance becoming payable.

Cancellation with less than 2 weeks prior notice will result in the full outstanding balance becoming payable.

You agree to these conditions upon making your booking and payment of the deposit.

We may choose to waiver any cancellation fee under exceptional circumstances but this is totally at our discretion.
